Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization Number” (RAN). NO return will be accepted without a valid RAN. To obtain a RAN, please send an email to: sharonhenning1@gmail.com with the subject heading “Request for Return”

·       All returns require Return Authorization Number (RAN).

·       To receive a full refund we must receive your return within 30 days of purchase.

·       We do not accept returns after 60 days.

·       Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage.

·       Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

·       Customer is responsible for safe return shipping.

You are responsible for safe return shipping. After obtaining an RAN, please make sure that your return is adequately packed and that the RAN number provided is clearly noted on the package. Returns without an RAN cannot and will not be accepted.

Exchanges - floraldeliverease.com understands that sometimes a customer might order the wrong product. Our exchange policy allows our customers to return any undamaged item for exchange within 60 days of receipt.
