Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, company checks, money orders and cashier checks.
Checks or Money Orders must be received within 10 days of placing the order or the order will be canceled.
Checks drawn on accounts with insufficient funds will result in a minimum $50 Returned Check Charge. Failure to remit and satisfy the returned check charge within 10 days will result in prosecution.
Orders paid with personal and company checks will be held for 10 days for funds to clear. Orders paid via credit cards are typically shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed with money orders or cashier check will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Return Policy
All items being returned must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization Number”(RAN). NO return will be accepted without a valid RAN. To obtain a RAN, please send an email to: sales@floraldeliverease.com with the subject heading “Request for Return” or logon with your user id and select the 'returns' link on the right hand side of each page.
Products returned within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded with no restocking fee. Products returned after 30 days, but before 60 days, will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the merchandise. However, if the reason for return is due to an order being filled incorrectly by Floral Deliver Ease, we will pay for the shipping. If you are returning an item for exchange, there will be no restocking fee applied. Decline of a free exchange/replacement of merchandise will be treated as a return and the appropriate restocking fees will apply. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 60 DAYS.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand the risks related with on-line purchasing, therefore we offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on all products, except for Used / Clearance Items which are sold "As Is". If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please review our ’Return Policy’ section for more information.
Shipping
Standard shipping is UPS Ground. To expedite delivery we can ship 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day. In cases of very heavy or very large items, a private carrier may be used.
Warranty
All our products are covered by a limited 12-month manufacturers' warranty (except clearance items). Should you have any problems please contact us for assistance.
