Q - What is the Deliver Ease product made of?

A - The original Deliver Ease DE100, DE100.5, DE200, DE200.5 are all made from a durable open-cell polyurethane foam.

Q - Is Deliver Ease "Water Proof"?

A - The DE100, DE100.5, DE200, and DE200.5 are made to be water resistant.

Q - The shipping seems high - can't it just be mailed to me?

A - The amount we charge for shipping is very close to, if not more than, the price we pay for shipping.   Unfortunately, these products are too big to mail.   They are actually so light but so large that dimensional weight comes in to play.   If you know of a less expensive way for us to ship it - PLEASE contact us - we are all ears.

Q - I see the product is "Made in the U.S.A." - is it really?

A - It sure is!   Every single thing relating to our product is made here in the U.S.A.  The raw foam - the dies used to cut it - the labor to run the presses - the boxes we ship in - even the labels we use to ship!   All Made in America.

Q - Do you ever donate to Conventions and/or Events?

A - We do - when it makes business sense to do so.   We donate some of our products to events like regional Floral shows, conventions, etc.   We tend to donate to shows and events where a large number of participants would be receptive to purchasing our delivery system after attending.   As part of the donation, we require that our minimal marketing materials be made available to all attendees.  To request a donation, please send us your information via our Contact Us page and we would be more than happy to review your submission.
